Nate Faus was raised on a dairy farm in Rock Stream, NY. He farms with his parents, where they have a herd of polled, red and white Holsteins. Nate and his wife, Eileen, have two young children. Eileen enjoys helping on the farm as she can. Nate enjoys cattle genetics. They have exported embryos, and have a few bulls in AI. They have also recently added some registered Jerseys to the herd. Nate has selected genetics in his cows to produce A2 milk. He has friends and family with dairy sensitivities who have been able to enjoy A2 milk without discomfort. Nate is excited to be a part of making local high quality dairy products available to more people.
