Aaron enjoys the study of soil and its properties. Over the past 20 years, he has become increasingly interested in sustainable small farm models. Along with that, he has had a growing desire to help local people find nutritious food from nearby farms. As a member of this new business, he has helped to put our vision, values, and thought processes onto paper and is committed to pressing forward as it comes closer to being a reality.
