Description
This mix containing white rice and garbanzo bean flour was created for those who cannot eat wheat. This mix can be used to bake superb biscuits, coffee cake, and pancakes (recipes on the package).
Ingredients: Store ground white rice flour, garbanzo bean flour, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), xanthan gum and sea salt.
