Jerry Stewart owns a sixty acre farm in the southern tier of Upstate New York. The health of the soil on the farm is a priority. High quality minerals are applied as needed to correct mineral deficiencies and properly balance the nutrients in the soil. 30 Jerseys are fed and milked twice a day. The cows seasonally graze on pastures and are fed a nutritious diet of high quality, homegrown forages, non-gmo grains, and mineral supplements. The majority of the diet consists of forages. The results are nutritious and delicious milk products.
