Aged Cheddar

Our artisan cheddar cheeses are made right here in our Geneva Creamery. The process begins with fresh whole milk, sourced from our small regenerative farms. The cheese is then pressed and taken to our aging facility where we carefully age it to perfection over the next months and years.

 

Mild cheddar—–aged 3 months.

Sharp cheddar—aged 9 months.

1X Cheddar—aged 1 year

2X Cheddar—aged 2 years

3X Cheddar—aged 3 years.

Sizes:

1/2 lb. and 1 lb. blocks (larger blocks available)
